Android 4.4.2 KitKat update has been existing for some time now for Galaxy Note 2 GT N7100 device by OTA. Step No 1: Download and save the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update firmware file.

Step No 9: Now select PIT and chose the file that have the .pit as an extension.
Step No 10: Go to ODIN>sub menu confirm if the auto reboot and reset time are checked.
Step No 11: After that make sure the re-partition section is unchecked.
Step No 12: Lastly click on start from ODIN and your installation will begin.
