Good news for OnePlus 3T users. OnePlus rolling out the OxygenOS 3.5.4 via OTA and the update comes with latest features and optimization. The update is based on Marshmallow if you aren’t not received the OTA update alert so don’t worry. In this post we will guide you how to install the OxygenOS 3.5.4 on OnePlus 3T.
If you have OnePlus 3T smartphone and not want wait for OTA so from here you can manually update your smartphone to OxygenOS 3.5.4. If you are interested then follow the guidelines below.

Preparations:
- Backup all the contents in the device, as it may wipe your whole data on the device.
- Also, make sure that the battery of OnePlus 3 is charged more than 70%.
- Install OnePlus USB driver at your windows PC. | Link
- Also, enable USB Debugging Mode on OnePlus, go to Settings > Developer options.
- Install ADB & Fastboot drivers at windows PC. | Link
- OTA OxygenOS 3.5.4 / OxygenOS 3.2.8 –Download

Steps to Install OxygenOS 3.5.4 ROM on OnePlus 3T:
1) First of all, download ADB and fastboot drivers from above links and install it on your PC.
2) Now download the OxygenOS 3.5.4 for OnePlus 3T from above links and copy the ROM file to a folder where adb installed.
3) Now Turn Off your smartphone and boot into recovery mode and Choose Install from ADB Sideload
4) Now Connect your OnePlus phone to Laptop or PC
5) Once the you connect the phone then press shift+right click and click on open command here[From ROM Folder].
6) Now check your connection with phone via typing the below command:
adb devices
7) If your OnePlus 3T is listed, so you’re ready to flash the ROM so just type the below command to Flash the OxygenOS 3.5.4 on OnePlus 3T :
adb sideload File Name.zip
8) Once then installation process complete then Reboot your phone.
