But one thing don’t forget that the smartphone can only be submerged up to one meter deep water for maximum of 30 minutes. Step 3: Take a bowl of rice and put either, the smartphone and battery in that bowl for couple of days. The rice will absorb the water.
Step 4: After several days, put the battery in and try to turn on the device.
Step 5: When you become successful to turn on the device, notice its behavior closely.
Step 6: If the device refuses to turn on or if you find any changes in the behavior, turn it off and get the smartphone to a technician.
